Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business applications.
Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) solutions.
Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
Build and customize Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas Apps) and automate business processes using Power Automate.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#/.NET.
Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, and security.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST APIs and Azure services (good to have).
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements.
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Module.
Hands-on experience in CRM Configuration & Customization.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#/.NET.
Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services.
Understanding of solution deployment and release management.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Integration Services.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
