About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) solutions.

• Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

• Build and customize Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas Apps) and automate business processes using Power Automate.

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#/.NET.

• Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, and security.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST APIs and Azure services (good to have).

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring application performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Module.

• Hands-on experience in CRM Configuration & Customization.

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.

• Experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#/.NET.

• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services.

• Understanding of solution deployment and release management.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Integration Services.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
