Senior Full Stack Engineer (Healthcare Tech) – Remote

Join a leading HealthTech company transforming prior authorization and clinical decision-making through an AI-powered platform. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and database layers

* Perform root cause analysis for application, performance, and data-related issues

* Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and caching strategies

* Monitor, debug, and maintain applications hosted on Microsoft Azure

* Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability

* Conduct code reviews and recommend best practices

* Collaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams in a fast-paced startup environment

What You’ll Bring:

* 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering, troubleshooting, and system optimization

* Strong expertise in SQL, stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and database performance

* Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Kendo UI (or similar frontend frameworks)

* Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud

* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural decision-making skills

* Experience conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices

* Healthcare Tech, PBM, Prior Authorization, or Health Plan domain experience is required

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Additional Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience with SQL, JavaScript, and Azure

* 5+ years of Healthcare/Hospital industry experience
