Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and other data integration techniques.
Develop and optimize data models to support accurate, efficient, and scalable reporting.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Use PowerApps and Power Automate to build business applications and automate reporting workflows and repetitive processes.
Perform data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Support data engineering activities, including data preparation, transformation, and integration.
Work with AWS-based data environments and contribute to reporting and analytics solutions.
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and present business insights through Power BI and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and deliver actionable business insights.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, and data visualization.
Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data transformation techniques.
Understanding of data engineering concepts and data integration processes.
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based data environments.
Working knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders.
Preferred Domain Experience
Experience in Reinsurance, Insurance, Financial Services, or Insights/Analytics projects would be an advantage.
