About This Role

Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex, highperformance Java applications using industry best practices and standards
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers, ensuring efficient and high-quality code delivery
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality software
- Role-Specific Experience: Experience in leading and mentoring software development teams
Technical Skills
- Core Technologies:
– Java programming (Expert level)
– Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks
– Object-oriented programming and design patterns
– Deep understanding of SQL and Nosql databases
- Programming Languages:
– Java - Expert level
– JavaScript - Intermediate
– Python - Intermediate
- Tools & Platforms:
– Git and related workflows
– MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB databases
– Azure Cloud Services (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills,
with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical
stakeholders
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Certifications:
– Azure cloud certifications
- Industry Knowledge:
– Understanding of fintech and financial services
– Experience with financial regulations and compliance
– Knowledge of secure coding practices for financial applications
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
