Job Summary: Looking for a Business Analyst to improve Record-to-Report processes through financial data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements for financial reporting and Record-to-Report workflows.
Analyze general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
Define KPIs and develop dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and data models.
Collaborate with finance, data, and technical teams to validate reports and improve data accuracy.
Required Skills: 5–10 years of BA experience, Record-to-Report and finance processes, dashboard development, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and strong analytical skills.
