Key Account Manager – Staffing Industry

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, requirement gathering, account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of hiring mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures.
Drive account growth through repeat business and new opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide market insights.
Track hiring progress, billing, and account performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Staffing, Recruitment, IT Staffing, or Account Management.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience working with IT Staffing or Contract Hiring clients.
Existing network with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Hiring Managers is an added advantage.
