Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freelance AI Agent Developer with strong expertise in building, integrating, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered Voice Agents, Chatbots, and intelligent business automation systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, AI workflow automation, and production-ready AI agent development.

You will work on developing intelligent AI solutions for industries including Real Estate, E-commerce, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI Voice Agent Development

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent inbound and outbound AI voice agents.
• Build natural, human-like voice conversations using AI technologies.
• Integrate speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and LLM capabilities.
• Develop AI agents for appointment scheduling, lead qualification, customer engagement, and automated calling.
• Optimize voice agents for response accuracy, low latency, and conversation quality.

2. Conversational AI & Chatbot Development

• Build AI-powered chatbots for websites, applications, and messaging platforms.
• Develop contextual conversations, intelligent response systems, and automated customer assistance.
• Implement conversation memory, prompt engineering, and knowledge-base integrations.
• Design structured conversational workflows for business-specific requirements.

3. AI Integration & Automation

• Integrate AI agents with CRM platforms, websites, business applications, and third-party APIs.
• Develop automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
• Connect AI agents with scheduling systems, databases, and lead management tools.
• Implement secure API integrations and webhook-based automation.

4. Testing, Deployment & Optimization

• Test AI agents for reliability, accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot conversational errors, integration issues, and workflow failures.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions suitable for real-world business environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing AI Voice Agents and Conversational AI systems.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Experience with AI development platforms such as ElevenLabs, OpenAI APIs, Vapi, Retell AI, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or relevant programming technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and business process automation.
• Ability to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.

• Familiarity with Twilio, telephony systems, and automated calling solutions.
