We are Skill Turtle, a specialized tech talent partner connecting elite algorithmic problem solvers and software engineers directly with high-growth tech teams in premier US hubs. We are currently hiring directly on behalf of e3Group, a San Francisco-based AI company building autonomous agents.
What You Will Do
- Architect and build core systems for autonomous AI agents and freight brokerage platforms.
- Collaborate directly with the San Francisco engineering team while working entirely remotely in the IST timezone.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ Years of production software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, React, and Next.js.
- Strong foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with Applied AI / LLMs.
- A background in competitive programming or complex algorithmic problem-solving is highly valued.
Compensation
- $5,000 - $9,000 per month ($60,000 - $108,000 Annually).
- 100% Remote flexibility.
Pay: ₹475,750.00 - ₹856,350.00 per month
