HR Recruiter

Role responsibilities
• Understand client hiring needs and plan sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate client interviews and follow up with candidates through joining
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

What we’re looking for
• 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Must have any technical educational qualification( B.tech Preffered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar portals
• A self-motivated, target-oriented approach and ability to work independently
