Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should quickly upskill on the architecture and frameworks of the team and design solutions with it.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Solicit requirements and build solutions based on existing platforms and systems.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded C and C++.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
• Experience with semiconductor based product development and knowledge on terminology is added advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Embedded C++.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
