Role Overview.

We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect / Principal Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, Azure, SQL, Kafka, and CI/CD.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership, solution architecture, technology decisions, technical leadership, performance, scalability, and delivery of enterprise applications.

The role requires a strong hands-on technical leader who can work with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to define scalable solutions and drive them through implementation.

Mandatory Skill Set.

C# / .NET – Expert-level hands-on experience.

Angular – Strong experience in Angular and TypeScript.

Azure – Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.

SQL – Strong expertise in SQL, database design, complex queries, optimization, and performance tuning.

Kafka – Basic – Understanding of Kafka concepts, producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and event-driven communication.

CI/CD – Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments.

Full Stack Development – Strong experience across frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities.

Own the technical architecture and solution design for complex enterprise applications.

Design scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable solutions using C#/.NET, Angular, Azure, and SQL.

Provide technical leadership across the complete application development lifecycle.

Define application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and development best practices.

Lead the development of complex backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.

Review and optimize existing application architecture for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Design and guide microservices and distributed application solutions where applicable.

Provide technical direction for Kafka/event-driven integrations.

Define and improve CI/CD and DevOps practices for application delivery.

Analyze complex technical challenges and provide long-term, scalable solutions.

Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and detailed code reviews.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and performance bottlenecks.

Work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.

Drive technical discussions with clients and provide recommendations based on business and technical requirements.

Mentor and guide senior engineers and technical leads.

Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, security practices, and quality standards.

Support technical estimation, roadmap planning, technology evaluation, and delivery planning.
