Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to support business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge across ServiceNow modules and hands-on development expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB as per business needs.
• Design and implement catalog items, service portals, and automated workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support QA/UAT cycles.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices for maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident/Problem/Change modules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD preferred
