Position : ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 2.5 - 3.5 Years

Location : Min 2 days working in office. Location could be Noida, Pune

General Shift : Shift timings would be until 11 PM IST

Role Overview: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to support business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge across ServiceNow modules and hands-on development expertise. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. · Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB as per business needs. · Design and implement catalog items, service portals, and automated workflows. · Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs. · Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support QA/UAT cycles. · Adhere to coding standards and best practices for maintainable, scalable solutions. · Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS. · Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer. · Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident/Problem/Change modules. · Understanding of ITIL processes. · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD preferred
