Job description
Develop and maintain Python-based web applications using Streamlit.
· Build interactive dashboards, data-validation tools, reporting applications, and business utilities.
· Implement file-processing solutions for Excel, CSV, and PDF documents.
· Read, extract, transform, compare, and validate data from Excel and PDF files.
· Use Pandas and DataFrames for data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and analysis.
· Develop SQL queries for Azure Databricks data retrieval, validation, and reporting.
· Perform source-to-target validation between Excel files, PDFs, databases, and Databricks tables.
· Connect Streamlit applications with Azure Databricks and other data sources.
· Create reusable Python modules for file handling, database access, validation, logging, and error handling.
· Develop user-friendly interfaces with filters, upload controls, data tables, downloads, and visual reports.
· Automate report generation in Excel, PDF, and web-based formats.
· Write unit and integration tests for Python applications and data-processing workflows.
· Debug application, data, SQL, and file-processing issues.
· Document technical solutions and support procedures.
· Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Expected skill set: *
(Top 5 must have skills in the order of priority):
· Strong experience in Python application development and object-oriented programming.
· Hands-on experience developing interactive web applications and dashboards using Streamlit.
· Strong experience with Pandas, DataFrames, data transformation, and data analysis.
· Experience handling Excel, CSV, and PDF files using Python libraries.
· Strong SQL experience with Azure Databricks for data retrieval, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
· Experience connecting Python applications to Azure Databricks, databases, APIs, and other data sources.
· Experience generating Excel, PDF, HTML, and Streamlit-based reports.
· Strong understanding of data validation, data quality checks, and source-to-target reconciliation.
Experience designing maintainable and scalable Python application architectures. · Experience with exception handling, logging, configuration management, debugging, and clean coding practices. · Experience with reusable fixtures, test data, and unit or integration testing.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
