We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 4–9 years of experience in Manual, Database, and DWH/ETL testing for the Payment domain. The role requires strong SQL skills, data validation expertise, and hands-on experience in functional testing, data reconciliation, defect management, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Functional & Manual Testing
· Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
· Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
· Validate business workflows, log defects, track fixes, and support closure.
· Collaborate with BAs, developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile delivery.
Database Testing
· Perform backend data validation using SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and scripts.
· Validate data accuracy, integrity, completeness, mappings, stored procedures, views, and functions.
· Perform source-to-target reconciliation and identify data anomalies for resolution.
Data Warehouse & ETL Testing
· Test ETL workflows, data migration, transformation rules, and source-to-target mappings.
· Validate facts, dimensions, data models, data quality, and reporting/BI data accuracy.
· Analyze large datasets and support root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
Process & Quality Management
· Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and share regular status updates.
· Review test artifacts, mentor junior testers, and support process improvements.

Mandatory Skills
· 4–9 years of experience in Manual Testing, Database Testing, and DWH/ETL Testing.
· Strong SQL skills including joins, subqueries, Views, and data validation scripts.
· Good understanding of data models, data marts, fact tables, and dimension tables.
· Experience with Jira, or similar defect management tools.
· Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum practices.
· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, or similar tool.
· Experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Power BI, or Tableau.
