Summary:
UST is looking for Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on development experience in Golang or Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and AWS.
The candidate will work on business-critical Finance and Supply Chain applications covering areas such as financial planning, reporting, automation, and supply chain operations. The role involves building scalable full-stack applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang/Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
- Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
- Lead technical design and development across frontend and backend systems.
- Build reliable, well-tested, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Work closely with Product, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Guide engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
- Contribute to intelligent automation and agentic workflow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang OR Ruby on Rails.
- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
- Strong experience with AWS/cloud-based application development.
- Full Stack application development experience.
- Experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and distributed systems.
- Experience delivering production-grade, scalable applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with US-based customers/stakeholders.
