Required Qualifications

– 6–8 years of progressive experience administering Windows Server environments at scale.

– Strong experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter), including HA/DRS, resource management, and lifecycle/patching of hosts.

– Hands-on expertise with Active Directory (design/ops), Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and domain controller management.

– Proven RDS build/operations experience (Gateway, Broker, Collections, profiles, performance tuning).

– Solid Citrix NetScaler/ADC experience - Gateway deployments for secure remote access, L7 load balancing, SSL, HA pairs, and policy/config troubleshooting.

– Proficiency with PowerShell; ability to create scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk administration.

– Experience with Storage management, backup/restore (e.g., Veeam/Commvault) and monitoring (SCOM/SolarWinds, HP Nimble or equivalents).

– Strong understanding of security hardening, patching processes, and change control in regulated environments.

– Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows/VMware/Network layers; strong documentation and communication skills.

Education s Certifications (Nice to Have)

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

– VMware: VCP-DCV (or higher).

– Microsoft: Microsoft Certified preferred - Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or legacy MCSA/MCSE.

– Citrix: CCA-N/CCP-N (NetScaler/ADC) or CVAD certifications.
