Role Overview

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing social media content, ad creatives, YouTube Video editing and client videos with a focus on quality, engagement, and consistency.

This role requires someone who can work independently, understand content requirements, and deliver within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit Instagram reels, short-form content, and marketing videos

• Work on ad creatives and basic YouTube content (if required)

• Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and music to enhance engagement

Client Work Handling

• Manage editing requirements for multiple client accounts

• Maintain brand consistency and style guidelines

• Deliver content as per timelines and quality expectations

Creative Understanding

• Understand the purpose of content (engagement / branding / ads)

• Suggest improvements in editing style and storytelling

• Align edits with current social media trends

File Management & Coordination

• Organize project files, assets, and exports properly

• Coordinate with designers, social media team, and project manager

• Ensure timely delivery and revisions

Requirements

• Experience in video editing (agency or freelance preferred)

• Proficiency in tools such as:
  • Premiere Pro / After Effects
  • Photoshop, Illustrator

• Strong understanding of:
  • Social media content formats
  • Reel editing trends
  • Strong Storytelling via visual mode

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Good time management and attention to detail

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
