Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Rust Architect / Backend Developer for a project focused on production-grade Rust development, backend architecture, and reliable software systems. The role involves designing and evaluating backend services, developing concurrent systems, debugging complex technical issues, and validating software solutions for correctness, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
The ideal candidate will have strong Rust programming skills, experience with backend engineering, and the ability to independently solve complex software development challenges in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate Rust-based backend systems, APIs and services.
Build and evaluate asynchronous and concurrent applications.
Analyze backend architecture, system performance, reliability and scalability.
Develop testing workflows and reproducible implementation processes.
Configure Rust crate workspaces, databases, dependency services and containerized environments.
Perform technical debugging and resolve complex backend engineering issues.
Evaluate data persistence, API behavior, fault handling and service reliability.
Ensure code quality, maintainability and production readiness.
Develop and validate complex software engineering problems and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Rust programming and backend development.
Experience with production-grade software architecture and service design.
