We are looking for a Specialist System Engineer – Private Container Platform with strong expertise in Kubernetes Administration and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, administering, monitoring, and optimizing Kubernetes-based container platforms while ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and automation of enterprise applications.
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
Manage cluster upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications.
Configure namespaces, RBAC, ingress controllers, persistent volumes, storage classes, and network policies.
Perform backup, disaster recovery, and cluster health monitoring.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) wherever applicable.
Manage Docker container lifecycle and image repositories.
Optimize resource utilization and container performance.
Ensure platform availability, scalability, and security.
Monitor cluster performance and resolve production issues.
Monitor Kubernetes clusters using enterprise monitoring tools.
Analyze logs, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Participate in production support and on-call activities.
Implement Kubernetes security best practices.
Manage secrets, certificates, RBAC, and access controls.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management.
Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams.
Support platform modernization and cloud-native initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
