IT Support Engineer, M365 and Endpoint Management

Role Summary:
Join CirrusLabs' internal IT Helpdesk team to support Windows devices, Microsoft 365 services, and manage the user hardware fleet for an internal client based in the United States. This role requires working the Eastern Time shift to align with the client's working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Intune and Endpoint Management: Enroll and manage devices, build configuration profiles, and support Autopilot provisioning.
Service Desk Operations: Own and manage tickets in Jira, triage incidents, and maintain accurate records.
Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and fix faults on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Hardware and Software Inventory: Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and software licenses.
Security and Joiner, Mover, Leaver Support: Follow security policies and manage access and equipment transitions.
Required Skills:
5 to 6 years in IT support or endpoint administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
Proficiency in Jira or similar tools.
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work Eastern Time shift.
