Job Title: Software Engineer Company: Deluxe Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–5 Years Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (LPA) Job Description Job Summary We are looking for motivated and talented Software Engineers, including freshers and experienced professionals, to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in software development, problem-solving, coding, and building reliable applications. Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members on software projects. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues. - Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and application improvements. - Assist in developing new features and enhancing existing systems. - Follow software development standards, security practices, and project requirements. - Document technical processes and application functionality. Required Skills - Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript. - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. - Basic knowledge of databases and SQL. - Familiarity with software development life cycles and version control tools such as Git. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively. Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant projects, internships, or coding certifications are an advantage. Experience Requirements - Freshers: Candidates with a strong foundation in programming and a willingness to learn are welcome. - Experienced Candidates: Professionals with up to 5 years of software development experience are encouraged to apply.
