Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst to streamline the Lead-to-Quote process, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and document process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.
Analyze lead management, opportunity tracking, pricing, and quote-generation processes.
Support Salesforce and NetSuite integration, configuration, and process improvements.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA for solution delivery.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
Required Skills: 5–10 years of BA experience, hands-on exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite ERP, CRM/ERP integration, and Lead-to-Quote processes.
