Position : ServiceNow Architect Experience : 11+ Years Location : Kolkata(Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow NOW Platform Architect who can provide technical leadership, design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment of the platform with business transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, latest AI/GenAI features, and platform governance. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Lead platform strategy and adoption of latest NOW platform offerings including GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow designs.
• Govern ServiceNow development standards, integration patterns, and platform performance.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and module leads across multiple business domains.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct platform roadmap planning, release management, and upgrade strategies.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow’s latest AI features for predictive and prescriptive insights. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps).
• Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI features: GenAI, Process Optimization, Predictive Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Event Management).
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect / Technical Architect preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
