Support Executive / Support Engineer (AI & Web Platforms)

About the Role:

Yashraa.ai is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and communication-driven Support Executive to work remotely and assist our clients and internal teams with our AI platforms, no-code integrations, and web workflows. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English (both written and verbal) for calls and chat support, along with basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Client & Technical Support: Handle inbound support queries related to Yashraa.ai features, troubleshooting, and user onboarding via phone calls, chat, or email.
• No-Code & Platform Assistance: Guide users on integrating and managing workflows using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Zapier.
• API & Basic Web Management: Assist with basic web administration tasks and standard API configuration/testing queries.
• Documentation & Issue Tracking: Maintain clear logs of customer issues, support tickets, and resolution steps.
• Effective Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally in fluent English during support calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory for support calls).
• Technical Familiarity:
• Hands-on experience or good understanding of no-code tools: WordPress, Shopify, Zapier.
• Basic web management and administrative skills.
• Basic familiarity with Standard API configuration and webhooks.
• Work From Home Requirements:
• Good internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC for remote working and phone/video calls.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, patience, and professional phone etiquette.
