The role
Job description
- Understand load bank applications, operation, and existing automation systems.
- Develop and modify PLC and HMI software using Delta/Siemens PLCs and Exor/Siemens HMIs.
- Configure and troubleshoot power meters, LCU, PCM, ECU, RX monitoring boards, Ethernet/Wi-Fi routers, and other automation devices.
- Develop new software features and applications based on customer specifications, SOW, and purchase order requirements.
- Perform software debugging, testing, upgrades, and commissioning on actual load banks.
- Coordinate with customers for new features, technical clarifications, and after-sales support.
- Prepare technical manuals, software/network block diagrams, electrical schematics using AutoCAD, and Acceptance Test Plans (ATP).
- Train testing engineers on HMI operation, software features, and ATP procedures.
- Travel to customer sites in India and abroad for commissioning, testing, and service support, as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, industrial automation, and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, networking, and instrumentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, technical documentation, debugging, and system testing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
