We are looking for a Mid-Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in traditional Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics, able to develop solutions end-to-end from data exploration and modelling to deployment and business adoption.
Key requirements
Strong experience with Machine Learning and statistical modelling, including forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression and recommendation models.
Strong Python, PySpark and SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale datasets.
Experience with model selection, validation, performance evaluation and explainability.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines, including deployment and monitoring in production.
Strong data product mindset, connecting analytical solutions with business needs and value.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Fluent English.
Nice to have
Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
Experience in commercial use cases such as pricing, forecasting, assortment or supply chain optimisation.
