Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Test Lead with strong expertise in healthcare payer systems, ETL/data warehouse testing, and large-scale data validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating complex data pipelines, performing root cause analysis, identifying data quality issues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Data Testing, ETL Testing, and Source-to-Target validation for healthcare payer applications.

• Validate data pipelines, transformation logic, data reconciliation, and data quality checks.

• Write complex SQL queries for backend validation and data analysis.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and production issues.

• Collaborate with QA, business, and data engineering teams in Agile environments.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, HEDIS, ICD, CPT, and claims processing standards.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in Data/ETL Testing within Healthcare Payer domain

• Strong SQL and Data Validation skills

• Experience with Data Profiling, Data Reconciliation, and ETL Testing

• Knowledge of HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HEDIS, CMS, and Claims Processing

• Experience with JIRA and automated testing tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills
