As a Remote Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining websites, but your role will frequently extend beyond traditional web development. You will work on a variety of projects including business process automation, CRM integrations, lead generation systems, custom web applications, API integrations, workflow optimization, and technical problem-solving initiatives that help our clients improve efficiency and drive growth.
We are looking for someone who enjoys tackling unique challenges, learning new technologies, and developing practical solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and landing pages.
- Build custom functionality for WordPress and other web platforms.
- Develop and implement technical solutions based on client business requirements.
- Integrate websites with CRMs, third-party software, APIs, payment systems, and marketing tools.
- Support automation and workflow improvement projects.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists and marketing strategists to build high-performing digital assets.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across websites, software, and connected systems.
- Research and recommend technologies that improve client operations and business performance.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and project planning.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Svelt, Shopify's Liquid and WordPress.
- Comfortable learning new platforms and technologies as project requirements evolve.
- Experience with APIs, software integrations, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
