Position                            :          Lead HR Tech

Experience                       :          7+ years

Location                            :          Jaipur (WFO 5.5 Days, Alternative Saturdays will be off)



Qualification MBA-HR (Tier-1/2)


Relevant Experience- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in HRMS and ATS such as Darwin Box , Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), Zoho People, People Strong & Taleo or implementation & support project


Functional Competencies Darwin Box, Workday, Oracle Cloud experience in these modules: - Recruitment, HR/Benefits, Payroll/ / Goal Management, Performance and Compensation / implementing new age AI tools in ATS


Behavioral

Competencies Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and solid financial analysis skills coupled with demonstrated problem-solving skills. Attends to all aspects of work processes and products to assure quality, accuracy and completeness and are dependable, hardworking and accountable.


Job Responsibilities


1. Must have seen the entire journey from Hire to Retire in HRMS, implemented new modules and adoption of HRMS solutions.

2. Must have experience in implementing any HR solution like Workday/SAP/Oracle HCM.

3. Must have in-depth understanding of HR policies and process flows.

4. Experience in Core HR, Absence management, Performance management, Goal management, Talent management & Compensation, Recruitment and onboarding modules.

5. Should be a hands-on person who owns and delivers project deliverables (Both technical and functional deliverables).

6. Experience in entire development life cycle activities – Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support.

7. Task allocation to offshore team, tracking and monitoring the progress and reporting the status promptly to required project stakeholders.

8. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and ambiguity all in a fast-paced, high growth environment Analyze, Design and document business and integration requirements of bank.

9. Prepare and document business Requirements, use cases. Keep any documentation up to date with new releases and changes.

10. Co-ordinate with development team to ensure the solution is developed with acceptable quality, tested and rolled out for business based on the documented requirements.

11. Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

12. Should have understanding / implementation experience on cutting edge technology like AI and Robotics on HR processes to bring efficacy in system.

13. Experience on solution and design thinking to use technology innovation for distributed work force, self-service , employee engagement etc .


Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

1. Ability to manage customer expectations (internal employees and Sr. Leadership team) , proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence.

2. Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with different teams with minimal supervision

3. Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations.
