Job Overview

We are looking for a Java Cloud / Azure Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes (AKS), APIs, SQL/Snowflake, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support. The candidate should have experience working in L2/L3 support environments and be comfortable troubleshooting cloud-based applications and services.

Java/Spring Boot and Kafka knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based applications and services.

• Troubleshoot application, API, database, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure issues.

• Work with Azure Cloud services and support cloud-hosted applications.

• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.

• Work with Cosmos DB for application data and troubleshooting.

• Develop, troubleshoot, and validate APIs and integrations.

• Work with SQL/Snowflake for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Participate in CI/CD activities using GitHub and Azure DevOps.

• Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Control-M.

• Analyze logs, alerts, incidents, and performance issues and drive them toward resolution.

• Collaborate with development, cloud, DevOps, and application teams for production issue resolution.

• Support deployments, releases, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

• Follow ITIL/production support processes and maintain proper incident and problem documentation.

• Good communication and collaboration skills
