Senior Software Developer & Technical Mentor

Engagement: Part-Time / Flexible (1–2 Days per Week)
Location: Delhi / NCR + College Visits
Role Overview
StudentArea is looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong technical expertise, practical development experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Must have successfully completed at least 5 end-to-end projects, covering frontend, backend, database, API integration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.
- Ability to explain real-world projects and technical concepts to students.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical sessions, practical classes, and workshops at colleges.
- Visit colleges and represent StudentArea at educational events.
- Mentor students in software development and real-world projects.
- Provide career guidance and industry insights.
- Share practical knowledge of frontend-to-backend development.
- Guide students in project building and technical interview preparation.
Working Schedule
- 1–2 days per week.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- College visits and sessions as scheduled in advance.
