Job description
• Over 3 years' hands-on experience in full stack development across the Microsoft ecosystem,
with practical capability in .NET, Microsoft Azure and Power Platform
• Experience designing, building, supporting and improving application solutions across both
live client environments and new delivery work
• Strong experience or demonstrated interest in Managed Services, including support
requests, issue resolution, maintenance and minor enhancements, with the ability to also
contribute to Professional Services delivery when required
• Comfortable balancing competing priorities across multiple customers in a service-oriented
environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex
technical concepts simply and confidently
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging customers at varying levels
of technical maturity
• Able to contribute to technical assessments, support solution design discussions, and
provide pragmatic recommendations that are best fit for purpose
• Consulting experience is desirable, but we will also consider candidates from internal
technology roles who can demonstrate strong customer engagement and solution delivery
capability
• An ownership mindset: you follow through, close loops, take accountability and keep
customers informed
• Adaptable and calm in a fast-moving, multi-customer environment, with the ability to
communicate clearly under pressure
• Exposure to estimation or shaping delivery approaches based on client needs will be highly
regarded
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Bot Framework and OpenAI
is desirable but not essential
• A strong willingness to learn, ask questions, continuously upskill and stay current with
changing technology and client need
