7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft SCM (Must have Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing)
Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
Experience in creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
