Exp: 3+ Product Documentation Specialist (Budget - 8LPA)

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, and in-platform contextual help.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand product features and translate technical details into easily digestible content for end-users (e.g., field technicians, operations managers).

Structure, organize, and update the help center to ensure all information is accurate, current, and highly searchable.

Gather and incorporate feedback from support and user teams to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Familiarity with concepts in Field Service Management (FSM) and/or Asset Management (AM) is essential.

Proficiency with documentation authoring tools and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with a strong focus on user clarity and detail.
