Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing/switching).
Project Management:
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed within the defined budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
Interface with request-initiating parties to gather and understand both standard and non-standard project requirements.
Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs; define and manage project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Facilitate coordination with technical teams, BU leaders, site contacts, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and escalations.
Ensure regular status reporting on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines to internal teams and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation and contingency plans proactively.
Manage change requests, assess impact on scope, cost, and timelines, and obtain necessary approvals.
Ensure effective resource planning and utilization, aligning team capacity with project priorities.
Monitor and control project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project documentation (project charter, plans, schedules, risk logs, meeting minutes, etc.) is completed and maintained in compliance with defined standards and processes.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties, including vendor performance tracking and deliverable management, where applicable.
Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as required by the methodology.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, lessons learned, and best practices across projects.
Support project closure activities, including final reporting, handover, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off.
