Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM/PCMCS), and Narrative Reporting (NR). The role requires deep functional and technical skills in Groovy scripting, complex business rule development and optimization, and EPM data integrations to support enterprise planning, profitability, and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
EPM Application Development & Support
· Design, build, and support EPBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
· Implement and maintain EPCM / PCMCS models for cost allocation, profitability, and management reporting.
· Configure and manage Narrative Reporting (NR) for management, audit, and regulatory reporting.
Business Rules & Groovy Scripting
· Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex business rules (Calc Manager).
· Write and maintain advanced Groovy scripts for business logic, validations, automation, and performance optimization.
· Improve rule performance, reusability, and maintainability.
Integrations & Data Management
· Design, build, and maintain EPM integrations using Data Integration / FDMEE / EPM Automate.
· Integrate EPM with ERP, Data Warehouse, and other source systems.
· Monitor data loads, resolve failures, and ensure data reconciliation and accuracy.
Operations & Governance
· Perform application maintenance, patch impact analysis, and upgrades.
· Support month-end, forecast, and planning cycles.
· Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready artifacts.
· Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with EPBCS, EPCM (PCMCS), and Narrative Reporting
· Groovy scripting (advanced level)
· Ability to write and optimize complex business rules
· Strong experience in EPM integration build and support
· Sound understanding of financial planning, costing, and profitability concepts.
