Job Summary: Seeking a Business Analyst to optimize the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from quote creation and order processing to invoicing and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and map end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows.
Analyze quote management, order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Support Salesforce and NetSuite ERP integration and process optimization.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user stories.
Drive UAT, resolve functional issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills: 5–10 years of BA experience, Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, Quote-to-Cash processes, and CRM/ERP integration.
