Strong hands-on Generative AI / LLM development experience.
Azure OpenAI APIs mandatory.

RAG implementation using embeddings and vector databases.
Experience with prompt engineering/orchestration, tool/function calling, guardrails, and LLM evaluation.
Experience with Codex / GitHub Copilot Enterprise or similar AI-powered developer productivity solutions.
Hands-on experience with Whisper + GPT or LLM-based voice/ speech workflows.
Strong Python programming skills with production-grade coding, testing, packaging, and API development.
Hands-on Azure deployment experience.
Experience with REST APIs / microservices and enterprise application integration.
Experience with CI/CD, containers, monitoring, security, and cloud deployment.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
