Senior AI Developer

Position – Senior AI Developer.

Location – Gurgaon – Hybrid

Shift Timing – 2:00 PM -11:00 PM

JD for Sr. AI Developer/AI architect

1. 7+ Years of experience in DS, ML, GenAI and Agentic space

2. Deep hands-on experience in GenAI & Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Transformer Models, MCPs, APIs etc

3. Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex, RAG design, vector search (Pinecone/FAISS), prompt & evaluation frameworks

4. Experience with Multi-agent patterns (ReAct, planner–executor, A2A/MCP concepts), tool integration, memory/state

5. Ability to design agentic systems and architect solutions from scratch

6. Excellent data handling/analytics experience

7. Deep expertise in traditional DS/ML space, Experimentation (A/B), causal inference basics, forecasting, optimization, Statistical analysis, KPI attribution, model validation, interpretability

8. Python, Spark and one of the cloud platforms
