Job Description – Program/Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives. The role involves defining scope, managing execution, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The candidate will act as an SME, make key delivery decisions, manage risks, and implement project management best practices. Experience in Agile delivery is preferred, with exposure to Salesforce and Life Sciences as a plus. Minimum 12+ years of experience required.
