About the Role
Divinuslux Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technical team.
We are seeking freshers who have a strong foundation in web development, understand modern frontend and backend technologies, and know how to use AI tools effectively in software development. The ideal candidate should be familiar with React, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, SQL, and MongoDB, along with AI-powered coding assistants that improve development efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Angular.
- Assist in developing backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with SQL databases and MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Use AI-powered development tools to assist with coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code optimization.
- Write effective prompts to generate, understand, review, and improve code using AI tools.
- Validate AI-generated code to ensure its correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improve existing applications.
- Identify and resolve bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in application testing.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI tools, and modern software development workflows.
Required Technical Skills
1. Frontend Development
- Basic knowledge of React.js and Angular.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
2. Backend Development
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
- Ability to understand backend logic and server-side application development.
3. Database Management
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Basic understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to perform basic database queries and understand data relationships.
4. AI-Assisted Software Development — Required
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.
- Ability to use AI tools to support frontend development, backend development, database queries, and debugging.
- Understanding of effective prompting techniques for code generation, explanation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Ability to review, test, and verify AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
- Willingness to explore new AI-powered tools and integrate them into everyday development workflows.
5. General Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic projects, personal projects, internships, or practical exposure to full-stack development.
- A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing development projects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows and modern development tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
