Full Stack Developer – Enterprise SaaS, Analytics & AI Experiences
Experience:
3-7 years of hands-on full stack development experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS applications, including at least 1+ year deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications on AWS or GCP.
The candidate should have strong expertise in React and TypeScript, practical backend development experience, and a proven ability to build secure, responsive, data-intensive applications. Experience developing enterprise analytics dashboards, multi-tenant products, or AI-enabled user experiences is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Application Development
Design and develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable web applications using React and TypeScript.
Translate product requirements, UX designs, and business workflows into reusable frontend components.
Develop modular application architecture using components, hooks, shared utilities, and well-defined state-management patterns.
Build complex enterprise workflows, including configuration screens, administrative consoles, search interfaces, approval flows, and analytics dashboards.
Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and supported mobile experiences.
Develop reusable forms with client-side validation, dynamic fields, conditional logic, and meaningful error handling.
Implement loading, empty, error, partial-data, and permission-denied states consistently.
Build secure navigation and route-level authorization based on user roles and permissions.
Maintain consistency across browsers, screen sizes, and deployment environments.
Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, network usage, and page-load experience.
Contribute reusable components and patterns to shared UI libraries or design systems.
Ensure new features are maintainable, testable, observable, and aligned with established engineering standards.
2. Backend and API Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain secure backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java.
Build RESTful or GraphQL APIs for web applications, integrations, administrative workflows, and analytics use cases.
Define clear request and response contracts, validation rules, error formats, and backward-compatible API behavior.
Implement business logic, authorization controls, data-access layers, caching, and background processing.
Develop APIs supporting filtering, sorting, searching, pagination, aggregation, and data export.
Integrate with relational databases, NoSQL databases, object storage, event services, and external APIs.
Implement asynchronous processing for long-running or resource-intensive tasks.
Design idempotent operations where requests may be retried.
Implement appropriate timeout, retry, throttling, circuit-breaking, and error-handling strategies.
Maintain API documentation using OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL schemas, or equivalent standards.
Optimize backend services for reliability, concurrency, latency, throughput, and cloud cost.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with:
React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Responsive web design, Semantic HTML, Modern component-based architecture
The candidate should understand:
Functional components and React hooks
Component composition
State and lifecycle management
Controlled and uncontrolled forms
Client-side routing
Error boundaries
Code splitting and lazy loading
Memoization and rendering optimization
Browser storage and security considerations
Frontend dependency management
Reusable component design
Backend Engineering
Strong programming skills in at least one of the following:
Node.js
Express.js, NestJS, TypeScript-based backend services
Python
FastAPI, Django, Flask
Authentication, SSO and Authorization
Implement secure authentication using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Support enterprise SSO integrations where required.
Understand SAML-based identity provider integrations.
Integrate applications with identity services such as Amazon Cognito, Google Identity Platform, Firebase Authentication, Microsoft Entra ID, or compatible identity providers.
Implement secure authorization using RBAC and, where needed, fine-grained permission models.
Enforce authorization on the backend rather than relying only on hidden frontend controls.
Build tenant-aware authentication and authorization for multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Manage access tokens, refresh tokens, session expiration, reauthentication, and logout behavior securely.
Implement secure cookie settings, CSRF protections, and session invalidation.
Support user provisioning, role assignment, account deactivation, and access revocation workflows.
Maintain appropriate authentication and authorization audit records.
Ensure APIs, dashboards, search results, exports, and administrative functions consistently apply access controls.
Application Security
Responsibilities include:
Applying OWASP secure coding principles.
Preventing cross-site scripting, cross-site request forgery, injection, insecure direct-object references, and broken access control.
Validating and sanitizing user and API inputs.
Protecting sensitive information in browser storage, logs, URLs, and error messages.
Implementing appropriate Content Security Policy and security headers.
Applying least-privilege access to cloud resources and services.
Protecting data in transit and at rest.
Supporting secure dependency management and vulnerability remediation.
Ensuring application logs do not expose passwords, tokens, personal information, or customer-sensitive data.
Incorporating security checks into CI/CD workflows.
