Job Description The purpose of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based applications and integrations by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications including Lightning components, Apex classes, and integrations. Defect lifecycle ownership: clear reproduction steps, impact, logs/screens, and root-cause collaboration. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud). Validate AI Agent functionalities developed using Agentforce. Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and quality metrics. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Support deployment activities and post-deployment validation in CI/CD environments. Hands on Experience with multiple dev-Ops tools and services (e.g., Git, Bit Bucket, Copado, Jenkins). Suggest ways and framework to improve code quality Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Conduct backlog analysis and prioritization to ensure alignment with project goals Hands on experience with Automation tools such as Selenium

Skills Practical UI test automation experience using one of Selenium/WebdriverIO/Playwright (JS/TS or Java) is preferred. API testing experience (REST/SOAP/Composite/Bulk) with Postman/REST Client or equivalent; JSON/XML comfort Experience with test data preparation and management Strong knowledge of Salesforce security/permissions framework (Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, sharing rules, CRUD/FLS) Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components including Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Test Automation Frameworks. Solid SOQL/SOSL for test data setup and verification; familiarity with Apex unit test concepts. Familiarity with Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities. Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to Salesforce DX and version control practices.
