About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our founding team and take ownership of building and managing multiple technology products.
This is an opportunity for a developer who wants to move beyond routine development work and play an important role in building products, shaping technology architecture and contributing to long-term product development.
Our venture focuses on artificial intelligence, quantum technology, quantum computing and digital education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company's website.
- Build and manage an online Academy offering courses and professional certifications.
- Develop student dashboards, course management, enrolment, payment, assessment and certificate generation systems.
- Contribute to the development of Quantum Thinking, an AI-driven problem-solving platform.
- Develop frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs and database architecture.
- Integrate AI models, LLM APIs and third-party services.
- Work with AI developers and quantum researchers to implement platform features.
- Manage application hosting, deployment, security, testing and performance.
- Take ownership of development projects from planning to deployment.
Technical Requirements
- React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Node.js, Python or equivalent backend technologies.
- REST API development and integrations.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
- AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Git, GitHub and CI/CD.
- Experience building scalable web applications and SaaS products.
- AI/LLM integration experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quantum computing is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong frontend and backend development capabilities.
- Experience independently building and deploying applications.
- Previous experience leading projects or taking technical ownership.
- Ability to work across multiple products in an early-stage environment.
Equity and Compensation
This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.
- Final equity allocation depends on experience, technical expertise, responsibilities and long-term contribution.
- No fixed salary or monthly cash compensation is available at the current stage.
- Equity will be formally documented with agreed vesting conditions and applicable legal approvals.
- Future salary consideration depends on the company's revenue and financial capacity. It is not guaranteed.
