We are looking for a Lead Data QA / ETL Test Engineer with strong experience in US Healthcare Payer domain and hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PySpark, Python, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ETL/Data QA and Data Warehouse Testing activities.
Test data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and ADF.
Validate Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog, and downstream data marts.
Test healthcare payer data integrations involving ERP, CRM, Workday, PeopleSoft/HRIS.
Identify defects, perform RCA, and coordinate with development/data engineering teams.
Support CI/CD, Azure DevOps, data governance, and PII/PHI compliance.
Lead QA teams and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
