Lead Databricks platform setup, cluster governance, Unity Catalog implementation, and workspace strategy.
Establish enterprise data governance, security, compliance, lineage, and metadata management frameworks.
Design scalable ETL/ELT frameworks using PySpark, Delta Lake, Auto Loader, and Delta Live Tables.
Develop architecture blueprints, standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
Drive cloud modernization and migration initiatives from on-premises platforms to Azure Cloud.
Provide technical leadership to Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams.
