Job Title: Full Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer

Job Summary
Research Connect is looking for a skilled and technically strong Full Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer to develop, maintain, deploy, and scale business-critical technology platforms. The candidate will work on building advanced web applications, automation systems, CRM solutions, survey platforms, infrastructure management, and global incentive management systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database management, server administration, deployment, cloud infrastructure, and application scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Sales CRM platform for lead management, sales tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Develop advanced survey software for online data collection, survey programming, response management, and reporting.
- Build a global consumer dashboard for managing survey participants, incentives, payments, and user activities.
- Develop APIs, backend services, database structures, and interactive user interfaces.
- Integrate third-party APIs, automation tools, and external services.
2. DevOps & Infrastructure Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain cloud servers, application servers, and hosting environments.
- Set up and manage SMTP servers for bulk email delivery, email automation, and campaign management.
- Implement Service & IP Shredding and Rotation (SISR) systems for infrastructure and IP management.
- Manage server security, access controls, monitoring, backups, and performance optimization.
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot server issues, and ensure system reliability.
3. Platform Scalability & Performance
- Architect and optimize platforms to support scalability targets of up to 1 million users.
- Implement load balancing, caching, database optimization, and distributed infrastructure.
- Improve application speed, server response time, and overall system performance.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Backend: Node.js, Python, PHP, or other modern backend technologies.
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Git, Linux, server configuration, and deployment.
- Cloud & Hosting: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or VPS infrastructure.
- Networking: SMTP configuration, DNS, IP management, and server networking.
- API Development: REST APIs, third-party integrations, and backend automation.
- Performance: Load balancing, caching, database optimization, and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building CRM systems, survey platforms, or SaaS applications.
- Understanding of global consumer data collection and incentive management systems.
- Knowledge of SMTP infrastructure and email delivery optimization.
- Experience with IP rotation, proxy management, and infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of large-scale application architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of application security and data protection practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development and/or DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications.
- Willingness to work on complex technical projects and scalable platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
