Position                            :          Full Stack Developer

Location                            :          Bengaluru (WFO 5.5 Days, Alternative Saturdays will be off)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (Frontend/Mobile) and Java Spring Boot (Backend) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, from UI to backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop mobile/web applications using Flutter

· Build and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product, and QA

· Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

· Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications

· Maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code

· Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum processes

· Work on database design and integration

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in Flutter (Dart) for mobile application development

· Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

· Hands-on experience in REST APIs & Microservices Architecture

· Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

· Experience with Hibernate/JPA

· Familiarity with state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.) in Flutter

· Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

· Understanding of API integration and third-party services

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in Android/iOS native integration (Flutter plugins)

· Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

· Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

· Experience in Banking/Financial domain
