Level: Senior

Your key responsibilities

Assume responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and testing complete end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on quality

Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery.

Collaborate with designers and domain experts. Work in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies.

Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role.

Skills and attributes for success

Highly advanced knowledge of designing, developing, and debugging solutions

Good communication skills

6-12 years of SAP Ariba work experience including at least two SAP Ariba implementations and one or more other SAP Ariba engagements

Responsible for all functional and technical development of SAP Ariba On-Cloud solutions

Experience in Supplier Lifecycle Performance is a Must.

Experience in Procurement expansion Package would be an added advantage

Candidate should have hands-on experience in the below solutions of SAP Ariba On-Cloud

Guided buying with procurement policy implementation

Workflow configuration

Catalogue deployment

Buying, Receiving and Invoicing scenarios configuration

Ariba Network configuration

Contract and Sourcing implementation

Building of Supplier Lifecycle & Performance templates

Implementation of Supplier Risk

Building Spend Reports

Configuring Supply Chain Collaboration scenarios

Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA and/or other ERP systems

Implementation of Ariba APIs

Knowledge of SAP CIG and CPI

In-depth understanding of Source to Pay processes

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred

6 to 14 years’ of experience in software development primarily in SAP technologies.

Strong understanding of HR Functional knowledge, Integration with other modules SAP S/4 ANA implementation.

Expertise SuccessFactors module like Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation and Time Tracking is a Must.

Understanding of Integration Center and APIs (preferred).

SAP SuccessFactors certification in the above mentioned SFSF sjulls is a must.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
