Position: Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager/Manager Reporting to: Manager/Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Utilities sector to support digital transformation, smart grid initiatives, and regulatory-driven programs. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring effective delivery of utility-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
3. Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks.
4. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
5. Coordinate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within existing systems.
7. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs.

Technical & BA Skills  Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks in the utilities sector.  Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.  Knowledge of Agile methodologies; certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP are an added advantage. Analytical & Domain Skills  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual modelling abilities.  Working knowledge of Utilities domain concepts.  Exposure to process optimization, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives. Minimum Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
